Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. Our 3PL matching consultation is free for brands. We're compensated through successful placements, which means we're incentivized to make the right match — not just any match.
Do you contact my 3PL directly during a billing review?+
Only with your explicit direction. We prepare the findings and dispute packet, then support you in the conversation. We do not contact your 3PL independently without your approval.
What systems do you need for billing reconciliation?+
We typically need invoice exports, your signed contract or rate card, and operational data from your WMS or ERP — order counts, receipts, storage reports. We'll send a secure intake checklist after the intro call.
How far back can you review billing?+
As far back as you have records. Most clients start with 3–6 months. Longer lookbacks are possible and often uncover more. We'll recommend a timeframe based on your contract history.
What if there are no billing issues?+
Then you have confirmation your 3PL is billing correctly — which has real operational value. On contingency engagements, if we find nothing, there's no charge.
Does this replace my accounting team?+
No. Your accounting team processes and pays invoices. We verify those invoices match your contract and operational reality — a different layer of oversight, not a replacement.
